Premium نسيج 3K Twill carbon fiber leisure product, manufactured using roll-wrapped or plate-cut process depending on geometry. Roll-wrapped tubes deliver superior hoop and torsional strength for tripods and fishing blanks; plate-cut formats serve camera cages and outdoor brackets. T700/T800 grade available on request.
Prototype service from CAD to single-piece sample in 5-15 days, with the cost credited toward production. Production MOQ varies by item (typically 50-300 pcs). Send a sketch, photo or 3D file and we DFM-review with a quote in 24 hours.

Carbon fiber tripods, camera cages, guitar parts, tobacco accessories, bicycle frames-by-request, fishing rod blanks, telescopes and outdoor gear components. Most leisure items go custom OEM.
What is the difference between roll-wrapped and plate-cut leisure parts?+
Roll-wrapped tubes (used in tripods, fishing rods) are wound on a mandrel for better hoop and torsional strength. Plate-cut parts (camera cages, brackets) are CNC machined from solid sheets and offer flatness and easier custom shapes. We do both.
Can you produce a one-off prototype for product development?+
Yes — prototype service runs 5-15 days depending on geometry. Single-piece prototypes typically cost $50-$400 and are credited toward your production order if you move forward.
Do your leisure products meet aerospace / industrial standards?+
Our standard production uses T300/T700 fiber, ISO 9001 process control and DSC-tested resin. For specialised applications (telescope OTA tubes, professional optics), we offer T800/T1000 grades and dimensional stability data on request.
