Do you make carbon fiber insoles?+
Yes — carbon fiber insoles are one of our core daily-goods SKUs. We OEM full-length and 3/4 insoles in rigid and semi-rigid plates for running, hiking, dress shoes and medical/orthotic use (turf toe, hallux rigidus support). Thickness 0.8-2.0 mm, custom shoe-size profiles, MOQ from 100 pairs, with private-label and blister packaging available.
What carbon fiber daily goods can you OEM?+
We produce carbon fiber insoles, rulers, pens, key tags, money clips, phone grips, business gift sets, USB drive shells, eyeglass cases and tool inserts. If you have a CAD file or sketch, we can usually quote within 24 hours.
What is the typical MOQ for carbon fiber daily goods?+
Most everyday items start at MOQ 100 pcs. Simpler items like rulers and key tags can go as low as 50 pcs. Complex assemblies (multi-part pen sets, fitted cases) require MOQ 200+.
Can you laser-engrave or screen-print company logos?+
Yes — laser engraving is free for orders over 100 pcs. UV printing in CMYK with white underlay is available for full-color logos. We send a digital proof for approval before mass production.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship to 100+ countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS. Lead times: 7-15 business days door-to-door for express, 25-40 days for sea freight on bulk LCL/FCL orders.
