OEM/ODM Custom Process: From Concept to Delivery
Starting a custom carbon fiber project can seem complex, but at CarbonEdge we've streamlined the process into clear, manageable steps. Here's how we take your idea from concept to finished product.
Step 1: Initial Consultation — Share your requirements, drawings, or reference samples. Our engineering team will review feasibility, suggest optimizations, and provide an initial estimate within 48 hours.
Step 2: Quotation & MOQ — We provide detailed pricing based on complexity, material grade, and quantity. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at just 50 pieces for most products, making us accessible for small brands and startups.
Step 3: Sampling — Before mass production, we create 2-3 samples for your approval. Sample lead time is typically 7-14 days. We iterate until you're 100% satisfied.
Step 4: Mold Making — For custom shapes, we create precision CNC-machined molds. Mold costs are a one-time investment and can be amortized over production runs.
Step 5: Production — Mass production begins with strict quality control at every stage. We perform incoming material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final QC before shipping.
Step 6: Shipping & Logistics — We handle international shipping via air, sea, or express courier. All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. DDP and FOB terms available.
Our OEM/ODM services cover: custom carbon fiber sheets and plates, CNC-cut parts, molded components, decorative panels with various weave patterns, and complete product assemblies.
Ready to start? Send us your design files or a simple sketch, and we'll take it from there.
