On request, we can put you in touch with 2-3 past clients in your industry (drone, automotive, sports, jewelry, cards/NFC, construction, etc.) who have agreed to act as references. We protect client confidentiality by default — references are arranged after you and MASTERMATE sign an MOU or initial deposit.

Why do most case studies on this page not name the client?+

Most OEM clients require confidentiality, especially for products that haven't launched yet or where we manufacture for a Tier-1 brand under their label. The technical details (process, materials, volumes, lead times) shown in each case are accurate; only the client name is anonymised into a buyer profile.

Yes — for each batch we provide internal QC reports (tensile, modulus, weight, dimension). Independent third-party reports (e.g. SGS, TÜV, Intertek) are available on request and cost $200-$500 per test type. For helmet and sports gear we maintain ongoing CE / DOT / CPSC certification paths as applicable.
