What is the difference between roll-wrapped and plate-cut leisure parts?+
Roll-wrapped tubes (used in tripods, fishing rods) are wound on a mandrel for better hoop and torsional strength. Plate-cut parts (camera cages, brackets) are CNC machined from solid sheets and offer flatness and easier custom shapes. We do both.
Can you produce a one-off prototype for product development?+
Yes — prototype service runs 5-15 days depending on geometry. Single-piece prototypes typically cost $50-$400 and are credited toward your production order if you move forward.
What quality and compliance support do you provide?+
Our manufacturing and quality-control processes operate under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Standard production uses T300/T700 fiber with process control and resin checks as specified. For specialised applications we can discuss higher fiber grades and dimensional data on request.
