How do I find the right carbon fiber product for my project?+
Use the left-sidebar category filter (cards, drones, helmets, etc.), or the search bar to look up by name, material or SKU. Every product page shows weight, thickness, material grade (T300/T700/T800), MOQ and lead time. If nothing matches exactly, send us a CAD or sketch — about 60% of our orders are custom rather than stock SKUs.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. Sample units typically cost $25-$400 depending on size and process, and ship in 7-15 days. If you place a bulk order after evaluation, the sample cost is credited toward your production invoice. Multiple-variant sample kits (e.g. testing 3K vs 12K weave) are also available.
Are the prices shown FOB, EXW, DDP or retail?+
List prices on the website are factory-direct unit prices excluding shipping (EXW). Final quotes will specify Incoterms (FOB Shenzhen is most common for B2B buyers). We can also quote DDP to most countries with all duties included for buyers who want a hands-off experience.
Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?+
Yes. Tiered factory pricing kicks in at 500, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 pcs depending on the category. For OEM brand programs with annual forecasts we offer dedicated tooling, blanket purchase agreements and price-lock periods up to 12 months.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Wire transfer (T/T), PayPal (small orders), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance escrow. For first-time buyers we typically work on 30% deposit / 70% on shipment terms. For verified repeat buyers we extend to net-30 or net-60.
