When was Mastermate established and what is your background?+
Mastermate was established in 2014 in Shenzhen, China. We started as a carbon fiber sheet supplier for the local drone industry and expanded to OEM/ODM full-product manufacturing across 9 categories. We have been ISO 9001 certified since the year after founding and now serve 100+ countries.
How big is your factory and production capacity?+
Our facility is located at Building F2, Jinyucheng Industrial Park, Longgang District, Shenzhen — roughly 5,000 m² of production floor across CNC machining, autoclave / vacuum-bag layup, finishing and QC. Monthly capacity: ~100,000 small parts (cards, jewelry), ~10,000 medium parts (drone frames), ~3,000 large parts (hoods, helmets).
How many engineers and quality staff do you have?+
Approximately 50-200 employees across production, R&D and QC. Our R&D team includes 8 mechanical / composites engineers who handle DFM review, mould design and FEA simulation. QC team operates a standalone testing lab with universal testing machines, calipers, gauges and DSC analyser.
Can I visit your factory in Shenzhen?+
Yes — both in-person and virtual visits are welcomed. We can arrange a pick-up from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport or Hong Kong, hotel recommendations near the factory, and a Mandarin/English-speaking host. For visa-required visits we issue official invitation letters on company letterhead. Virtual tours via WeChat / Zoom can be scheduled within 48 hours.
What certifications and standards do you operate to?+
ISO 9001:2015 (manufacturing process), DOT FMVSS 218 / ECE 22.06 (helmet line), ACI 440.1R-15 / ISO 14654 (construction CFRP), CE EN 14781 / CPSC (sports), REACH / RoHS (material compliance for EU). Working toward IATF 16949 for Tier-1 automotive supply.
