Founded in 2014 in Shenzhen, China, carbonfactory started as a small workshop with a single autoclave and a vision: to make premium carbon fiber products accessible to businesses worldwide. Our founder, David Chen, spent 8 years in aerospace composites before launching the company.

Today, we operate a 5,000m² facility equipped with CNC machining centers, compression molding presses, and a Class-100K clean room for prepreg layup. Our team of 80+ skilled workers and 15 R&D engineers deliver over 300,000 parts annually to clients in 100+ countries.

What sets us apart is our vertical integration. We source raw carbon fiber directly from Toray and Mitsubishi Chemical, perform our own layup and curing, and handle finishing, QC, and packaging in-house. This means faster lead times, tighter quality control, and lower prices.
