What are your carbon fiber rebar and structural panel specs?+
We supply CFRP rebar 8-25 mm with sand-coated or wrapped surface for concrete reinforcement, sheet panels 1.2-30 mm and rod stock 4-50 mm. Tensile strength 2,400-3,000 MPa, modulus 130-160 GPa, certified to ACI 440.1R-15.
How does carbon fiber compare to steel rebar for cost?+
CFRP costs 3-5× more upfront than steel rebar but has 0 corrosion, 75% less weight and 60+ year service life vs 30 years for galvanised steel. For coastal, marine, bridge-deck and acid/alkali environments the lifecycle cost is significantly lower.
Do you provide carbon fiber cloth for structural strengthening?+
Yes — unidirectional CFRP fabric (200-600 gsm) and bi-directional cloth (200-400 gsm) for column/beam wrap retrofits. We also stock matched epoxy adhesives, primers and saturating resins. ISO 14654 compliant.
Can you supply project-specific cut-to-size construction sheet?+
Yes — provide drawings or DXF and we CNC water-jet or laser-cut sheet to ±0.2 mm tolerance. Bulk orders 5-30 days. Sample/prototype 7 days. We ship globally with project documentation (mill cert, test reports, COA).
