We use woven 3K twill or forged carbon at 0.5–1.0 mm, gloss or matte clear coat, with logo by UV printing, laser engraving or gold/silver foil. MOQ from 100 pcs; 5–10 pc samples available. Chip-enabled cards are listed separately as NFC business cards.
Which carbon fiber weave is best for business cards?+
3K twill weave is the most popular for business cards because it shows a clean, fine pattern at 0.8 mm thickness. We also stock 12K twill (bolder texture) and forged carbon for premium luxury card applications.
Can you personalize names, logos and packaging?+
Yes. UV print, laser engraving, foil stamping and die-cut shapes are standard. Executive gift boxes and branded sleeves are available from MOQ 100. Variable-name engraving runs are supported for corporate sets.
What is the MOQ and lead time for carbon fiber cards?+
