Yes. We produce carbon fiber steering wheels (full-carbon and carbon-trim/inlay, with options to retain the OE airbag and multifunction controls) and carbon fiber license plate frames, alongside hoods, spoilers, diffusers and interior trim. Forged or twill finish, gloss or matte, OEM/ODM and private-label from low MOQ — always check local road regulations for airbag-equipped wheels.
Do your carbon fiber automotive parts meet OEM aftermarket standards?+
Standard hoods, spoilers and diffusers use vacuum-bag layup over polyurethane moulds with 100% surface gel-coat. For pre-preg autoclave parts (high-temp engine bay), we use Toray T700 + Henkel BR127 primer with full traceability docs for Tier-1/Tier-2 buyers.
What is the lead time for a custom automotive carbon fiber part?+
Existing moulds (popular car models): 14-21 days production. New moulds: 35-50 days from CAD to first article. We hold moulds for 100+ vehicle models including BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Tesla, Toyota, Honda, Ford Mustang.
Can you replicate an OEM part from a reference sample?+
Yes — send a physical part or detailed photos with dimensions. We 3D-scan ($150-$400), produce a moulded prototype in 20-25 days and offer wet-fit verification before production tooling investment.
Do you provide UV-resistant clear coat?+
All exterior parts ship with 2K automotive-grade urethane clear coat (UV-stable for 5+ years). Optional ceramic coat (+$25/part) extends UV life to 8-10 years and adds scratch resistance.
