What raw carbon fiber materials do you stock?+
Twill and plain weave sheets 0.5-5 mm, plates 5-50 mm, tubes 8-200 mm OD, rods 1-30 mm diameter, prepreg fabric (T300/T700/T800), 3K/6K/12K dry fabric and forged carbon block. Most sizes ship from Shenzhen warehouse within 3 days.
Do you offer cut-to-size and CNC machining service?+
Yes — upload your DXF/PDF and we CNC-cut sheets and plates to ±0.1 mm, drill custom hole patterns, edge-finish and surface-polish. Setup is included for orders > $300; smaller orders carry $40 setup fee.
What grade and modulus options do you carry?+
Standard modulus (T300, T700 — most popular), intermediate (T800), high modulus (M40J, M55J) and pitch-based high-thermal (XN70, K1100). We provide tensile, modulus and resin content data sheets for every batch.
Do you ship small quantities for prototyping and R&D?+
Yes. Sample sheets (200×300 mm) ship from $25 + shipping. Single tubes from $15. Single plates from $30. Trade-discount accounts available for universities, labs and repeat R&D buyers.
