Product Description

3K Twill Weave carbon fiber sports equipment, manufactured with pre-preg autoclave layup for high-stress components and vacuum-bag layup for standard parts. CE EN 14781 (bicycle) and CPSC compliant. We engineer to your target weight (g), stiffness (Nm/deg) and balance point (mm) — first specification sample in 10 days.

Sports equipment orders typically run 25-50 days production for new tooling, 15-25 days for repeat orders on existing moulds. Drop-test, vibration and fatigue test reports available ($200-$500 per test). Send your performance spec sheet for a free engineering quote.

What is the lay-up process for high-performance sports parts?+

We use pre-preg unidirectional and biaxial fabric with autoclave-cured layup for high-stress parts. Standard parts use vacuum-bag wet layup with T700 fabric and toughened epoxy.

Can you customise weight, stiffness and balance point?+

Yes — provide your target spec (weight in g, stiffness in Nm/deg, balance point in mm) and we engineer the layup to match. Specification samples cost $80-$300 and ship in 10 days.

Do you offer drop-test, fatigue or burst-pressure testing reports?+

For sports equipment we provide CE EN 14781 (bicycle) and CPSC compliance reports as standard. Custom test reports (drop test, vibration, fatigue) are available — usually $200-$500 per test.
