Which carbon fiber weave is best for business cards?+
3K twill weave is the most popular for business cards because it shows a clean, fine pattern at 0.8 mm thickness. We also stock 12K twill (bolder texture) and forged carbon for premium "luxury card" applications.
Do you support custom NFC and RFID encoding?+
Yes. We can embed NTAG213/215/216 chips for NFC business cards or 125 kHz / 13.56 MHz RFID for access-control cards. We pre-encode each card to your URL or data set before shipping, free of charge from MOQ 100.
How long does production take and what is the lead time?+
