We started as a carbon fiber sheet supplier for the local drone industry in 2014 and expanded to full-product manufacturing across 9 categories. Our manufacturing and quality-control processes operate under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
How big is your factory and production capacity?+
Our facility is located at Building F2, Jinyucheng Industrial Park, Longgang District, Shenzhen — with CNC machining, autoclave / vacuum-bag layup, finishing and QC. Production capacity is evaluated by product size, manufacturing process and quality requirements. We support prototype, pilot-run and repeat-production programs. Capacity and lead time are confirmed after design review.
How many engineers and quality staff do you have?+
Our R&D team includes 15+ engineers who handle DFM review, mould design, layup process control and structural analysis support. Production and QC teams operate dimensional and visual inspection workflows; additional third-party testing can be arranged when a project requires it.
Can I visit your factory in Shenzhen?+
Yes — both in-person and virtual visits are welcomed. We can arrange a pick-up from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport or Hong Kong, hotel recommendations near the factory, and a Mandarin/English-speaking host. For visa-required visits we issue official invitation letters on company letterhead. Virtual tours via WeChat / Zoom can be scheduled within 48 hours.
What certifications and standards do you operate to?+
Our manufacturing and quality-control processes operate under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Certificate details are available to qualified customers upon request. Product-specific compliance requirements vary by application and market. For applicable projects, we can provide available material declarations, test reports or third-party testing support for requirements such as RoHS, REACH, CE, DOT, ECE or CPSC.
