T300 vs T700 vs T800 — which carbon grade for drone frames?+
T300 (3K twill) is our standard for 3-5" FPV racers — best cost-to-strength. T700 is recommended for 7-10" long-range and cinematic builds. T800 is used for industrial/commercial UAVs and heavy-lift platforms. Switching grades is free during the quote phase.
What are your minimum order quantities for drone frame kits?+
Stock FPV frames: MOQ 50 sets. Custom-cut full kits: MOQ 100 sets. Single CNC arm/plate parts: MOQ 200 pcs (lower with 30% setup surcharge). For prototypes: 1-piece samples ship in 7-10 days.
Do you provide CAD files and stack mounting hole patterns?+
Yes — we accept Fusion 360, SolidWorks (.sldprt/.stp), DXF and 2D drawings. We support all common stack patterns: 20x20, 25.5x25.5, 30.5x30.5, 35x35. Send a drawing and we DFM-review within 24 hours.
Can you do plate-cut, 3D-machined and tube-arm frames?+
Yes to all three. Plate-cut is our highest volume (CNC flatbed). 3D-machined uses 4-axis CNC for relieved arms and aero shapes. Tube arms are roll-wrapped + CNC-trimmed. We can mix tech in one frame.
