The most popular carbon fiber pattern. 3,000 filaments per tow create a distinctive diagonal pattern that balances strength, stiffness, and aesthetics.
Forged Carbon
Randomly oriented chopped fibers in resin create a marbled appearance. Ideal for complex 3D shapes that traditional woven fabric cannot conform to.
Unidirectional (UD)
All fibers aligned in one direction for maximum stiffness along the fiber axis. Commonly used in structural beams, tubes, and high-load applications.
Prepreg (Pre-impregnated)
Carbon fiber fabric pre-impregnated with precisely measured resin. Autoclave-cured for the highest fiber volume fraction and best mechanical properties.
